Australian Seniors recently held a virtual roundtable event exploring the findings from their latest research, Ageing in the Workforce 2021. This roundtable discussion provided an important opportunity to shine a light on ageism and solutions to better support seniors in the workforce.
The session brought together some of Australia’s leading industry experts (including Tai Rotem a Consulting Partner at MYMAVINS) to start a conversation on how we can break down barriers and offer valuable advice for both seniors and employers.
